Delivery Times

Davies-London works with a trusted fulfillment partner in Asia, allowing us to ship products directly from our warehouse.

By shipping directly from our supplier, we significantly reduce transportation, storage, packaging, and operational costs. This enables us to offer high-quality products at fair and competitive prices without compromising on quality.

We work with carefully selected shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered as safely and efficiently as possible.


Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery times are:

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping: 7–10 business days

Most orders arrive within this estimated timeframe. However, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will keep you informed.


Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders.

If you decide to return an item, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please keep this in mind when ordering multiple products with the intention of returning some of them.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your personal tracking number.

You can track your shipment through our tracking partner via the link provided in the email.

Please note that it may take 2–3 business days before the first tracking updates become visible. Once available, you'll also be able to view the estimated delivery date.


Delivery Issues

Although delivery problems are rare, they can occasionally occur during the shipping process. We appreciate your understanding should this happen.

Damaged or Defective Product

If your order arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Refunds are not issued for the first damaged shipment. However, if the replacement item also arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund.

Lost Package

If your package is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered, we will send a replacement order at no additional cost before offering a refund.

Our priority is to ensure you receive the product you ordered.

Refused Delivery or Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery is refused or cannot be completed after multiple delivery attempts, the package will usually be held at the local post office or collection point for up to 7 days.

If it is not collected within this period, it will be returned to our warehouse in Asia.

If a second shipment also cannot be successfully delivered due to customer-related reasons, we reserve the right to deduct €15 from the refund to cover part of the shipping and handling costs.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our automated fulfillment system for processing.

For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted.

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
