Return Conditions

Place the item(s), together with the completed return form, in the original packaging or in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Step 4 – Keep Your Proof of Postage
We strongly recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been received and processed.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
Return Shipping
Please note that all of our orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Asia. As a result, all returns must also be sent back to this warehouse.
By placing an order with Davies-London, you acknowledge and agree to these return conditions.
We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost during transit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your chosen shipping carrier.
